I’m a Denver native who began my career as a Public Defender because I’m passionate about helping people through some of the most intimidating moments of their lives. For years, I’ve stood beside clients in high-stakes cases listening closely, building trust, and fighting for fair outcomes in and out of the courtroom.

Josh's Story

I have spent most of my career in a courtroom standing up for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. I have represented clients in everything from DUIs to homicides.

Over the years, I’ve handled more than 300 cases and tried over 35 to verdict. I’ve negotiated countless fair resolutions and took cases to trial when that was the only path to a fair result. I’ve persuaded judges to dismiss cases where rights were violated and prosecutors to drop charges against the wrongly accused.

Listening closely, strategizing under pressure, and fighting for what’s right is foundational to my practice. Whether through negotiation or trial, my goal is the same: to stand up for people when everything is on the line and help them secure the fair outcome they deserve.
